Goin' Green
Admit it: you make a lot of trash.
We all do. At home, at work, and on the go, we're consuming. Creating waste. Wrappers, memos, boxes, packaging, bottles, and bags... oh my!
But there's good news. Recently we've started to wake up to the fact that we live on a planet with finite resources. More and more, we're doing what we can to be good stewards of this big, beautiful world that we call home. That's why when we set out to create Blazonfire, an important part of our mission was to craft a business that would not only produce as little waste as possible, but would help other people make their businesses greener too.
Here's what we figured out: sometimes, it is easy being green. Forgive us for saying it, but maybe Kermit was wrong – having to spend each day the color of the leaves really isn't so hard after all. With the proliferation of reliable, high-speed internet access in all corners of the globe, reaching your customers in a completely paper-less fashion isn't just acceptable, it's usually preferable. With products like ebooks, short videos, and podcasts, you can reach your audience right now. Your message becomes portable and convenient, accessible wherever there's a computer (and let's be honest-- these days, that's pretty much everywhere). Plus, your costs are minimized by taking printing, shipping, and waiting out of the equation entirely.
As good as all that sounds, we decided that having a neutral impact on the planet just wasn't good enough. We want Blazonfire and its clients to have a positive impact on the planet. That's why every time we complete a project, we make a donation to the Arbor Day Foundation so they can plant a tree. Just think – somewhere, a little tree will grow up strong, healthy and loved, all because of you. Doesn't that make you feel all warm and fuzzy inside? Anyone up for joining hands and singing Kumbaya?
When you do business with Blazonfire, you can rest assured that you're doing something good, not only for you and your audience, but for the planet as well. We think that's a pretty darn convenient truth. (Plus, puns are carbon-neutral!)
